​Hi, I’m Cindy! I believe in the moments when everything just clicks — when the dots connect and everything falls into place. I believe that sometimes doing nothing is just as important as doing something, and that being a little silly is the secret to living fully, no matter what others think. I believe in love, both the grand, movie-moment kind and the everyday “let’s do the dishes together” kind. And I believe that the more I learn, the more I realize I don’t know. Life is a journey, and I’m all in for the ride.
There’s so much magic in the little things — like the smell of a sweatshirt that reminds you of memories by the campfire, or spending an hour in Target just wandering through the aisles (it’s a therapy session, I swear). I believe in breaking the rules sometimes, like the one that says you can only have one space after a period. I believe that corner brownies are better than the middle of the pan brownies. I also believe in the power of empathy, in showing kindness, and in re-doing high fives if they weren’t perfect the first time. Honestly, it’s the simple moments that matter most. Fresh flowers, soft blankets, peanut butter M&Ms, and doggies always make me smile.
I have big dreams, and my bucket list is always growing. I want to learn hand lettering, travel to Italy and Hawaii, and photograph a wedding in the mountains. I also dream of visiting St. Jude’s to volunteer and giving back in meaningful ways. But when it comes to making memories, I’m most excited about the things that make me feel at home — like white twinkle lights, musical theater, reality TV marathons, and gathering around a bonfire with friends.
